During those years, Moore spearheaded media campaigns for Moby, Goldfrapp, Erasure, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Mercury Rev, Grandaddy, M83, Liars, Richard Hawley, Richie Hawtin (AKA Plastikman), Mando Diao, Mogwai, among others.

After relocating from New York City to Durham, NC in 2005, Roberta Moore Patterson started her own public relations business, working with such diverse clients as the PLUG Independent Music Awards, Village Voice Siren Music Festival, Willamette Week Musicfest NW, KISS Coffeehouse in Myrtle Beach, SC, Redeye Distribution, Expansion Team, Searching for Michael Peterson (Documentary Film) as well as a wide range of music artists.
